  2. Booking Terms
    • Reservations are subject to availability of spaces.
    • Lodgers (Spaces And Hotels) policies, including cancellation and payment terms, apply.
  3. Liability
    • MetroHostels is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from Lodgers accommodations or services. Also, security measures are provided for, fully, by the Hotel and Lodgers management.
    • Travellers and Renters are responsible for ensuring their reservation details are accurate.
  4. Payment
    • Payment terms are outlined during booking.
    • MetroHostels is not responsible for payment disputes upon reservation confirmation, but will weigh in to ensure disputes are sorted amicably.
  5. Changes and Cancellations
    • Lodgers (Hotels and Accommodation owners) policies apply; MetroHostels is not liable for changes or cancellations done by Lodgers.
  6. Accuracy of Information

    7. MetroHostels strives for accuracy, but is not liable for Lodgers information discrepancies.

  7. User Responsibility

    8. Travellers and Renters must comply with Lodgers policies and local laws.

  8. Intellectual Property

    9. Website content and images are property of MetroHostels or respective Lodgers.

  9. Governing Law

    10. These terms are governed by Nigerian and International laws.

  10. Dispute Resolution

    11. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration/litigation in Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, in the event there's a stalemate, where peaceful and amicable resolution have failed to ameliorate the given situation.

  11. Changes to Term

    12. MetroHostels reserves the right to modify these terms.
